What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write compelling and conversion-focused email copy across various customer journey stages
- Analyze email campaign performance metrics to identify insights and opportunities for improvement
- Serve as the internal expert on email deliverability and best practices
- Define goals and strategies for evergreen lifecycle programs and collaborate with teams to keep content fresh
- Manage email requests and campaign workstreams using a workflow management system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of professional experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive email copy
- Good understanding of email performance metrics and optimization techniques
- Familiarity with deliverability principles and compliance requirements
- Basic familiarity with marketing automation platforms and project management tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience developing outbound emails or messaging for SDR teams
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms for managing SDR content
- Experience working in Asana or other project management tools
