What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and execute all email programs, activities, and deliverables
- Analyze email campaigns and marketing automation results to improve engagement
- Design, execute, and deliver reports that support email marketing and sales operations
- Stay current on industry best practices and trends related to email and marketing automation
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure proper prioritization and execution of initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, marketing, communications, or administration
- Experience in B2B marketing within the financial services industry
- Proficiency with email marketing programs such as Pardot, Silverpop, or ExactTarget
- Strong understanding of email marketing operations and technology platforms
- Demonstrated knowledge of HTML and CSS for modifying email templates
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience running and optimizing large-scale marketing campaigns
- Passion for technology and eagerness to propose new solutions
- Familiarity with database and email architecture
- Understanding of insurance and/or financial services industry terminology and products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
