What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, build, and launch targeted email campaigns that align with divisional and regional marketing goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine content and ensure it meets divisional objectives
- Conduct thorough quality assurance, including proofreading and testing, to optimize email performance
- Analyze campaign metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Support corporate initiatives and troubleshoot platform issues in collaboration with IT and external vendors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field preferred
- 3-4 years of marketing experience in a customer service-oriented environment, including 1-2 years in email marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of HTML coding and Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in residential homebuilding or real estate
- Familiarity with email service providers (ESPs) such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
- Understanding of marketing, advertising, and consumer behavior
- Ability to work effectively across departments and build professional relationships
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
