What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer and manage email marketing and sales engagement platforms
- Plan, create, test, and launch segmented email outreach campaigns
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and company contractual requirements
- Analyze and report on campaign metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Provide input on effective language and content for high-quality outreach
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in email marketing or a similar digital marketing role
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms, particularly OneSignal, and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and LiquidSyntax
- Experience with campaign strategy, audience targeting, and A/B testing
- Strong analytical skills to track and report on campaign performance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications related to email marketing platforms
- Experience with additional tools like Outreach.io, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and ActiveCampaign
- Basic design skills for creating visually appealing emails
- Familiarity with email marketing laws such as CAN-SPAM
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing industry trends
