What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with eCommerce, Brand, and Digital Marketing teams to execute strategic Email marketing plans
- Build and finalize marketing communications for Email messaging in collaboration with stakeholders
- Propose innovative activation ideas to enhance customer engagement and meet sales goals
- Coordinate and execute Email marketing campaigns, including development, implementation, and analysis
- Analyze campaign metrics to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of one year of experience in email and/or mobile marketing, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and experience with presentation tools like PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with A/B testing, lifecycle marketing, and CRM marketing
- Passion for data-driven insights that prioritize customer experience
