Assist the ANI EMEA Assistant Controller in Plan, RLBE, LTP and monthly financial reporting and consolidation for ANI EMEA.
Lead ANI EMEA Balance Sheet management by working closely with Country/Affiliate Controllers to ensure proper management, forecasting, control and reporting of Balance Sheet accounts under ANI responsibility.
Lead and drive ANI EMEA Finance process improvements to reduce unnecessary work/tasks both at Area and countries. Drive automation of financial reports.
Monitor and ensure countries/affiliates successful implementation of financial/demand reporting and other systems (Catapult, Power of 1, and so on).
Support EMEA Gross Margin and Cost Leadership improvement actions by monitoring implementation of country/affiliate actions.
Regularly review local financial policies and procedures and remind and monitor countries’/affiliates’ compliance to these policies & procedures.
Review internal and external audit findings and follow-up timely implementation of remediation actions.
Deliver any other project/task assigned by Area DVP and/or Area Finance Director/Controller.

No. of countries/clusters: 11 clusters
Relevant working experience in Finance in both accounting and financial analysis with multi-national companies preferably from Abbott or external in Pharma/Healthcare, Nutrition or FMCG industry in similar role.
Degree in Accounting or Finance
MBA will be a plus

We have an exciting opportunity for a FP&A Senior Manager to join the team.
The position works out of our Maidenhead office in Abbott Nutrition Division supporting the EMEA Area. EMEA covers Europe, Middle East, Africa and Pakistan.
As the ANI EMEA FP&A Senior Manager, you are responsible for supporting the EMEA Assistant Controller in Plan, RLBE, LTP and monthly financial reporting and consolidation for EMEA; driving process improvements and automation; support gross margin and profit improvements and establish and implement controls procedures to assure affiliates’ compliance to financial and OEC policies and procedures.
