      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the day-to-day coordination of early career programs, including internships and rotational experiences
      - Assist with planning and executing orientations, events, development sessions, and program milestones
      - Manage program materials and logistics, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
      - Collect, track, and manage program data, metrics, and operating insights
      - Serve as a point of contact for program participants and internal stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in coordination, operations, HR, events, or program support
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
      - Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% based on business needs

      - Experience supporting programs, events, or talent initiatives
      - Interest in talent development or early career programs
      - Familiarity with process improvement or Lean process management concepts
      - Experience working with program metrics, data tracking, and reporting
