- Monitor the employee benefits landscape - market trends, regulatory updates and emerging issues - and translate developments into timely, relevant content.
- Research, write, and review benefits content across a range of formats and audiences, making complex topics clear and actionable.
- Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, keeping work organized and timely.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with client needs.
- Contribute to content planning and help identify gaps and opportunities to strengthen Zywave's content library.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in employee benefits or group health insurance; prior benefits agency experience a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of group health plans, ancillary benefits, and benefits frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly for both technical and general audiences.
- Strong project management instincts - comfortable managing multiple deliverables at once and hitting deadlines.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
Description
We're looking for an Employee Benefits Market Specialist to join our content team and help shape the way employers and employees understand, navigate, and act on their benefits. You'll sit at the intersection of research, writing, and operations, turning complex insurance concepts into compelling content delivered through Zywave's Content and Client Cloud platforms.
In this role, you'll own meaningful work from day one: tracking what's happening across the benefits landscape, developing content that reaches employers and employees alike, and collaborating with a team that cares deeply about quality and impact.
