What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all customer site credentialing requirements, including drug tests, background checks, certifications, physicals, and badging
- Track credentials, expiration dates, documentation requirements, and renewal status
- Enter and maintain accurate employee records in the HR system for local branch field employees
- Communicate onboarding status to employees, outlining completed and outstanding requirements
- Develop and standardize onboarding and credentialing workflows to enhance scalability across branches
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, onboarding, compliance administration, or related administrative support roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding files and deadlines simultaneously
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable following up with employees and external partners
- Must have a valid driver's license and a driving record compliant with company policies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience supporting field, skilled labor, construction, or service workforce populations
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms like UKG
