      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform patient care and observation duties under the direction of licensed healthcare providers
      - Execute routine and complex medical assistant clinical duties, including taking vital signs and administering medications
      - Assist in emergency situations as directed by licensed providers
      - Maintain patients' charts and records, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation
      - Order, verify, and store unit supplies while ensuring a clean and healthy environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Basic computer skills required
      - Current AHA BLS certification is required for hire and must be maintained throughout employment
      - Successful completion of all medical assistant orientation and training requirements, including certification and annual skills competency
      - Current certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), or National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA)
      - Must successfully complete all medical assistant orientation and training requirements and annual skills competency

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a healthcare setting as a Medical Assistant or similar role
      - Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
