      THE JOB:

      As an Employee Relations Ops Partner, you will work closely with managers, employees, and Human Resources to address and resolve workplace concerns, ensuring fair practices and promoting a culture of trust and respect. You’ll handle full-cycle investigations, provide expert guidance, and collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance policies and practices that drive a positive employment climate.


      THE DAY-TO-DAY:

      • Address complex employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and legal matters, while providing timely and effective solutions.

      • Conduct thorough, impartial investigations by interviewing stakeholders, reviewing policies, and documenting findings to recommend appropriate actions.

      • Partner with HR, Legal, and leadership teams to ensure compliance and effective resolution of workplace conflicts.

      • Identify trends and recommend updates to employee relations policies and procedures.

      • Handle sensitive information with care, exercising sound judgment and discretion at all times.


      THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Hotel/Hospitality Administration, Communications, Marketing or a related field; or equivalent experience.

      • 2+ years of experience in employee relations, HR, or a similar role.

      • Professional-level experience managing complex investigations is a plus.

      • Strong consultative and critical thinking skills.

      • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

      • Proven ability to build positive relationships and maintain confidentiality.

      • Familiarity with employment law and workplace policies.
