      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Consult on a variety of complex employee relations issues, including performance management, workplace conflicts, and policy violations
      - Collaborate with business leaders to address employee performance concerns and administer Corrective Action Plans
      - Conduct internal investigations related to employee relations allegations, such as discrimination and harassment
      - Utilize the employee relations case management system for documentation and tracking of case progress
      - Assist in the development and facilitation of training for People Managers on employee relations topics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
      - At least 3 years of relevant experience in employee relations, HR Business Partner, or labor/employment law
      - Highly skilled in workplace investigations, negotiation, and conflict management
      - Deep understanding of US employment law, EEO regulations, and workplace anti-discrimination laws
      - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

      - Previous experience in project management
