What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the point of contact for employee relations and compliance concerns raised by employees or leaders
- Conduct initial interviews and gather information for employee relations matters, escalating complex issues as necessary
- Coach employees and leaders on performance and conduct-related matters
- Analyze employee relations case trends and provide recommendations in alignment with company policy
- Manage and update Human Resources policies and processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or related discipline
- 5 to 7 years of experience within Employee Relations or Human Resources
- Strong understanding of laws and regulations related to equal employment opportunity and labor relations
- Excellent coaching and guidance skills for leadership and staff
- Ability to build strong partnerships across departments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare setting or with non-profit organizations
- Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and initiatives
- Familiarity with Human Resources business intelligence tools
