      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding workplace issues and disciplinary actions
      - Utilize Case Management System (CMS) for thorough documentation of all cases while following policies and procedures
      - Collaborate with leaders and HR Business Partners to manage performance-related issues, including counseling and terminations
      - Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and policy violations to ensure fair outcomes
      - Interpret and apply company policies and labor laws to ensure organizational compliance and advise management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on Employee Relations
      - General understanding of Employment Law Knowledge (EEOC, FMLA, FLSA, ADA, etc.)
      - SHRM or HRCI Certification
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
      - Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel; Workday experience is a plus

      - Experience in training and development related to employee relations issues
      - Strong skills in data analysis and performance management
      - Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution and ethical judgment
      - Emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills
