      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide personalized support to individuals seeking employment, both in the office and through community outreach
      - Greet customers and provide information about agency services and programs
      - Assist customers with job search strategies, resume reviews, and interview preparation
      - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance job-seeking skills
      - Maintain accurate case notes in the customer management database

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - One year as a WorkSource Specialist 2 or equivalent within the Employment Security Department or another state's Employment Security agency
      - Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience in workforce development or public contact work, or a combination of education and relevant experience totaling six (6) years
      - Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing
      - Must pass an Unemployment Insurance (UI) and Paid Family Medical Leave (PFML) Claim & Benefit Information Review
      - Exceptional organizational and computer skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in workforce development, social services, or public relations
      - Familiarity with community outreach and engagement strategies
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Background in facilitating workshops or training sessions
      - Knowledge of labor market trends and job search techniques
