      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with providers and center personnel to facilitate training on the EMR
      - Develop and prepare training materials for group and one-on-one sessions
      - Evaluate and adjust learning plans based on user feedback
      - Participate in the creation of e-learning tips and training materials
      - Identify opportunities for process and quality improvement in patient flow

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years in LPN/RN role preferred
      - Highly proficient in Electronic Medical Records
      - Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Excellent communication, decision-making, leadership, and problem-solving skills
      - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Wound Expert highly desirable
      - Knowledge of wound care or hyperbaric medicine a plus
      - Educational, training, presentation, and listening skills
      - Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage projects effectively
      - Detail-oriented and self-motivated
