What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with providers and center personnel to facilitate training on the EMR in an interactive manner
- Develop and prepare training materials for group and one-on-one sessions, both in-person and online
- Maintain and adjust the learning curriculum for new and existing staff
- Gather and apply end user feedback to enhance the training experience
- Identify opportunities for process and quality improvement in patient flow
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years in an LPN/RN role preferred
- Highly proficient in Electronic Medical Records
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, decision-making, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Wound Expert highly desirable
- Familiarity with wound care or hyperbaric medicine a plus
- Educational, training, presentation, and listening skills
