What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve sales and gross profit targets within assigned territory
- Present and promote products through extensive product knowledge and customer engagement
- Conduct product demonstrations and address customer objections effectively
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers and key influencers
- Provide timely reports on customer needs, competitive activities, and product feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in sales
- Proven track record of selling capital and consumable products
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Salesforce.com
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline; Master's degree is a plus
- Industry certifications or professional certifications are advantageous
- Experience in building partnerships with clinicians and their staff
