What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide continuous training and education on Fujifilm's equipment and services to regional customers
- Deliver face-to-face client support, including equipment setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Conduct root cause analysis on equipment issues and implement strategies to minimize repairs
- Serve as a clinical liaison by preparing detailed reports on installation, training needs, and usage metrics
- Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired
- Knowledge and experience in GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and effective computer skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills to relay technical information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related quantitative disciplines preferred
- Experience in advanced therapeutic procedures highly preferred
- Ability to analyze data to present data-driven insights
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
- Ability to present information to small groups effectively
