What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide continuous training and education on Fujifilm's equipment and services for regional customers
- Deliver post-sale, face-to-face client support, including setup and maintenance of Fujifilm systems
- Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize repairs
- Develop and deliver comprehensive reports to senior management regarding training needs and equipment usage
- Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired
- Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy; experience in advanced therapeutic procedures preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills to relay technical information effectively

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related quantitative disciplines
- Ability to analyze data and present data-driven insights
- Experience in a clinical support role within the healthcare technology sector
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
