      To join our team as an Energy Career Outreach Specialist. Successful candidates will help CLEAResult expand outreach to the local community to raise awareness among students and interested job seekers to participate in utility sponsored Energy Efficiency Careers training.

      For this opportunity, you're a great fit if you can...
      • Identify and cultivate relationships with career centers, community organizations, vocational/technical schools, high schools and colleges to create a steady pipeline of eligible participants.
      • Prepare and present career day events, participate in job fairs, expos and community events to bring awareness and recruit participants.
      • Build and maintain a database of leads and prospective participants, ensuring ongoing follow-up and engagement.
      • Promote our development programs, training paths and opportunities for employment.
      • Support all social media and digital campaigns to bring awareness.
      • Meet and exceed defined performance metrics.
      • Demonstrate flexibility and efficiency in a hybrid role.


      In this exciting career opportunity, you will have...
      • High School or associate's degree, bachelor's degree preferred
      • 2-4 years' experience in a career outreach role
      • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, travel 50% within a defined territory, milage compensation
      • Experience with technical trades (HVAC/Electrician/Carpentry/Weatherization) a plus
