What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Originate, shape, sell, and close deals typically greater than $5M
- Build and maintain client relationships while articulating a compelling value proposition
- Lead business negotiations for complex deals and advise deal teams on win strategies
- Collaborate with client account teams and subject matter experts to ensure successful deal execution
- Manage the sales process with discipline and rigor, aligning stakeholders effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in shaping, negotiating, and closing large deals in the professional services space
- Minimum of 6 years of Sales Pursuit Management experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in direct sales with quotas of $15 - $25M+
- Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

- Bachelor's degree
- Origination skills with C-suite executive presence
- Technology understanding and experience
- Experience in growing a profitable sales pipeline and articulating a compelling value proposition
- Experience collaborating with sales colleagues for efficient business development
