Job Description
- Req#: R140067
- Drive product activation and usage for portfolio of strategic US K12 districts in the Central United States.
- Source contacts within each district, establish relationships with appropriate parties and navigate organizations to reach the right decision-makers. Use email, social media, and other common communication tools as well as in-person visits (travel required).
- Develop account-specific strategies for winning key districts and collaborate with Adobe team members, including teacher community leads and technical support consultants, to drive ambitious goals
- Project manage and coordinate specific strategies with internal Adobe team to achieve district plans
- Use data to strategically engage assigned customer pipeline in order to drive quick implementation and full adoption of Adobe products. Familiarity with PowerBI. Excel, Tableau a plus.
- Educate and influence district leaders on the value of Adobe in K12 education
- Problem-solve with district administration and IT admins on the biggest barriers to unlocking student and teacher active use in the classroom
- Develop scalable best practices for what works to drive provisioning, first login, and active use across districts in the Central United States.
- Drive strategies to build scale and share insights with the team based on strategic account experiences and contacts
- Advocate within Adobe on behalf of students, teachers and administrators.
- Bring an ambitious self-starter, business-leader demeanor to your work.
- 6-8+ years in customer-facing roles such as sales, partnerships, customer success, and account management, ideally with US school districts and district leadership.
- Comfort with product development, navigating access and deployment, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud products.
- In-depth experience and understanding of the education ecosystem and how to reach key influencers across districts
- Experience and success getting customers to buy into project timelines and implement plans
- Motivation to reach big goals and operate in a growing, changing environment
- A customer-centered approach, encouraging students and teachers and partnering with leadership
- Experience using data to get results with customers and accounts
- Exceptional, clear and conscientious communication and presentation skills
- Strong work ethic, combining bias toward action with innovative thinking

We are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager to deepen and scale Adobe’s presence in the largest US districts. This role will be instrumental in driving active use and success in using Adobe products with strategic accounts across the US, helping millions of teachers and students bring creativity into their classrooms.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $100,100 -- $200,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
