      Engagement Manager

      Location: Remote (EASTERN TIME ZONE)

      About the Role:

      Our client, a global IT services and consulting firm specializing in digital transformation, AI, software development, and data modernization, is seeking a U.S.-based Engagement Manager. This client-facing, strategic, and hands-on role will act as the primary bridge between clients and their Brazil-based IT delivery team.

      The Engagement Manager will oversee software and AI projects, ensure delivery on time and within scope, manage day-to-day client interactions, coordinate offshore teams, and support account growth and strategic initiatives.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Client Engagement & Relationship Management

      • Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, including PMs, SMEs, and executives.
      • Maintain strong client relationships and proactively resolve issues.
      • Ensure client satisfaction through timely updates, reporting, and communication.

      Project & Delivery Management

      • Oversee end-to-end delivery of software, AI, and data modernization projects.
      • Translate SOW commitments into actionable plans and track progress against milestones.
      • Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers; escalate when necessary.
      • Ensure documentation, QA, and testing processes meet standards.

      Team Coordination & Oversight

      • Act as liaison between U.S. clients and Brazil-based delivery teams.
      • Align resources across regions and time zones for smooth project execution.
      • Coordinate onboarding, access, and resource allocation.

      Strategic Enablement

      • Support account growth by identifying expansion opportunities.
      • Assist leadership in positioning company capabilities with client executives.
      • Contribute to pre-sales and account strategy as needed.

      Required Qualifications:

      • 5–8 years in IT consulting, project management, or client delivery roles.
      • Bilingual in Portuguese or Spanish.
      • Experience managing enterprise client relationships with senior stakeholders.
      • Strong project management skills (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid).
      • Technical familiarity with software development, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and data modernization.
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
      • Comfortable coordinating distributed/offshore teams.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Prior experience in hospitality, financial services, or IT projects.
      • PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
      • Bilingual in Portuguese or Spanish.
