What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process new applications to ensure correct data formatting and prevent system errors
- Guide families through the enrollment process and secure necessary documents
- Build relationships with school staff, leadership, and parents to enhance the enrollment experience
- Enter and maintain student immunization records to ensure compliance with regulations
- Provide timely and positive customer service to parents and students throughout the enrollment process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Accredited Senior High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma/GED
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Experience with office support in a fast-paced, customer-based environment
- Strong ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
- Familiarity with Google Suite and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Two years of office experience focusing on recordkeeping in a public school environment
- Bilingual proficiency
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to meet department demands
