What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to create user-centered designs and wireframes
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Develop interactive prototypes and design systems using Figma
- Define project goals, objectives, and success metrics with business partners
- Communicate design concepts and solutions to team members effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 5 years proven experience as a UX Designer
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design or related field
