Competencies (Example)
1.Hands on experience on Catia and CAPITAL H Tools for DMU and drawings
2.Experience in selection of Harness Child parts
3.Knowledge about standards and test procedures for Harness testing
2•repare HV Harness DMU in Catia, considering the Vehicle Layout Guidelines
•Select connectors suitable for the aggregate ensuring the design and testing requirements
•Select the child parts including clamps, coverings, etc suitable for the harness
•Design brackets as required for clamping the harness
•Create detailed W/H Design -2D Drawings
•Identify CTQs for W/H Development and mention these on drawing
•Release the HV Harness design in PLM as per the gateway timelines
•Prepare validation plan and work with the supplier for the testing timelines
•Raise IPA for initiation of testing
•4D Documents including DFMEA creation / review and closures
•Green report generations based on supplier validation reports and in house validations
•Document the TGR and TGW for each project
1.Work with the Proto, Testing, Service and Manufacturing teams to analyse and resolve Proto issues, Build issues and Field issues
•Timely completion of design , verification Activities on DMU
•Review 3D Drawings for Guide lines implementations and conflicts and auditing the design
•DVLO / VLO Closures
•Clips /clamps design CAE and validations
•TDKO and TMKO
•RISK analysis of failed test cases and finalise alternate verification methods

Work Experience
Relevant Experience :
Minimum experience requirement 5-7 years in Automotive Wiring Harness Design
Working knowledge requirement
1.Working level experience in HV W/H DMU and drawing creations for Automotives
2.HV W/H test methodologies and test procedures -Bench /System /Vehicle level
3.Test standards and validation techniques
4.Harness Manufacturing practices, and PPAP
5.Working level knowledge of PLM processes

Process:
2•Track the deliverable success criteria for upcoming milestones at the project level and highlight issues
•Collate data for Risk assessment and ensure timely escalation through governance process
•Collate data to monitor the progress against milestone criteria as well as PAT
•Review the progress of the project and initiate corrective actions for timely deliveries.
•PDSR Timely documentation of project data/ status/ information
