What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies
- Source candidates using a variety of platforms and creative outreach methods
- Draft and post compelling job descriptions to attract top talent
- Screen applicants through resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of direct recruiting experience; A/E/C industry experience preferred
- Solid knowledge of recruiting methods, best practices, and employment law (federal, state, and local)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven experience sourcing through platforms such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology
- Experience with reporting and recruitment metrics
- Ability to recruit across a range of positions, from early career to senior leadership
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
