What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete customer requests promptly and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate ticket documentation including steps taken, customer communication, and escalations
- Resolve data quality issues and technical bugs using both front-end and back-end tooling
- Support Sales and Customer Success teams with data and reporting needs for product demonstrations
- Troubleshoot SSO issues and provide premium customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Educational background in Computer Science or a data-heavy field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including strong skills in SQL
- Experience working with APIs and understanding their usage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Familiarity with Retool, Tableau, or Looker
- Experience working within an agile framework
