- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in health plan eligibility and enrollment operations for Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid programs.
- Strong expertise in business testing analysis, including test case design and execution.
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry related to eligibility and enrollment processes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
