      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process new applications to ensure data accuracy and prevent errors within the system
      - Guide families through the enrollment process and secure necessary documents
      - Build relationships with school staff and parents to enhance the enrollment experience
      - Request and manage student records to ensure compliance with educational regulations
      - Provide timely communication and customer service to parents and students throughout the enrollment process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Accredited Senior High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma/GED
      - Strong customer service skills via phone, email, text, and in-person
      - Two years of office experience with a focus on recordkeeping in a public school environment
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while paying attention to detail
      - Familiarity with computer applications, including Google Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
      - Two years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
      - Bilingual proficiency to assist diverse families
      - Experience in maintaining student records and compliance
