      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive new business generation for the SENSORA platform across large hospitals and integrated delivery networks (IDNs)
      - Develop and implement territory strategies to build a robust pipeline in key enterprise segments
      - Cultivate relationships with senior clinical, IT, and C-suite stakeholders
      - Create compelling business cases that align SENSORA’s clinical impact with system priorities
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful pilot programs and implementations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in digital health, MedTech, or healthcare SaaS
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing complex deals with large health systems
      - Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes, including clinical and IT decision-makers
      - Familiarity with health system procurement structures and privacy/security reviews
      - Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clinical and executive audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience introducing category-creating technologies or building new markets within healthcare
      - Comfort working in early-stage or high-growth environments
      - Strong solution-selling and value-based selling skills
