What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles to drive new revenue from initial contact to closing
- Engage with executives and plant leaders to align solutions with business needs
- Conduct in-depth discovery to identify operational challenges and quantify the impact of solutions
- Present business cases that demonstrate the ROI of digital transformation initiatives
- Negotiate and finalize multi-year agreements to establish long-term partnerships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5–10 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding $1M+ quotas
- Proven success in solution or consultative selling, addressing business challenges with tailored solutions
- Ability to engage with stakeholders across various levels, from plant floor to C-suite
- Familiarity with the manufacturing, food, beverage, or compliance-driven environments
- Strong business acumen, presentation, and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with OEE, SPC, ISO/SQF, or compliance systems
- Background in food & beverage or manufacturing technology
- Proven history of influencing digital transformation initiatives
