PRIMARY FUNCTION: This position is responsible for providing enterprise application support to all district staff and administering security access to the district’s enterprise applications. REPORTS TO: Manager, Customer Service/Quality Assurance SALARY SCHEDULE: G-11 WORK DAYS: 250 REQUIREMENTS: Education Level: High school diploma Preferred: Training in administration of enterprise applications Experience, Skill, and Certification: Five years experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and enterprise software applications such as PowerSchool SIS, AMS Financial system, and AMS HR System. Three years experience with district enterprise applications for internal candidates. Advanced knowledge of customer software application support and network communications technologies. Advanced skill in the use of MS Office Suite (Word processing, spreadsheets, database, Outlook, and file manipulation) Ability to read technical information and diagnose and resolve complex problems in a timely manner Ability to independently plan, organize, and prioritize one’s own activities, but to also provide and follow instructions Strong interpersonal communication skills; ability to work well and get along with a variety of customers and other technical support personnel even in the most stressful situations ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Establishes system access by issuing IDs Documents access by logging, sorting, counting, and filing requests, recording terminations and transfers. Audit user accounts for all systems to ensure that staff have appropriate access to systems. Maintains security files by receiving, processing, and filing computer security forms; documents, and agreements. Troubleshoot security related access issues for staff. Reconcile active and inactive staff. Provide advance level support to district staff for applications. Maintains documentation, activity logs and records related to assigned duties; follows established documentation, record keeping guidelines, and service level agreements established by the Data and Information Division. Performs other duties as necessary for the effectiveness of the organization. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT Incumbents will receive an annual contract. The work calendar will be 250 days. Salary will be determined based on level of certification and allowable experience.
