What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Master the platform by completing internal Builder Certification and shadowing enterprise enablement sessions
- Lead weekly "Build With Me" sessions to co-create workflows that address real business challenges
- Manage strategic accounts and conduct bi-weekly pulse checks with clients
- Design and deliver custom enterprise training programs to enhance customer success
- Influence product roadmap based on feedback from enterprise customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years minimum experience in customer success, technical onboarding, or product enablement (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for teaching executives
- Experience with modern SaaS tools such as Intercom, Slack, and Notion
- Proven ability to manage multiple strategic accounts simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design solutions for clients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting technical products or AI tools
- Ability to read basic code or understand workflow logic
- Experience running training sessions or workshops
- Personal experience experimenting with AI in workflows
