      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead post-sale relationships for strategic accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey
      - Identify opportunities for account growth through relationship building and collaboration with account teams
      - Develop and implement best-in-class processes and practices for operational efficiency
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend product improvements and keep clients informed about features
      - Educate and empower clients to maximize their use of the product

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of enterprise-level post-sales experience in B2B SaaS
      - Proven track record of exceeding quota and achieving sales targets
      - Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and rally others
      - Experience using data and analytics to drive decision-making
