      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure smooth product implementations and drive product adoption
      - Build strategic relationships with clients to address their business challenges and expand account revenue
      - Serve as a product expert, providing best-practice guidance and actionable insights
      - Collaborate with the Customer Success team to enhance operational processes and scalability
      - Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights with the Product team to influence future developments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of B2B SaaS experience in a Customer Success role, preferably with enterprise clients
      - Proven track record of successful product implementations and account expansion
      - Strong communication skills to articulate complex issues to diverse audiences
      - Self-motivated team player with a history of adding value in fast-paced environments
      - Experience in building and nurturing relationships with customers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with APIs and their application in customer workflows
      - Experience using support or ticketing platforms such as Intercom or Zendesk
      - Basic coding skills, including HTML and CSS for simple edits
