What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage your book of accounts to ensure smooth implementations and drive product adoption
- Build strategic relationships to address business challenges and expand account revenue
- Provide best-practice guidance and actionable insights as a product expert
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to design and implement operational processes
- Act as the voice of customers, sharing insights with the Product team to influence development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS experience in a Customer Success role, preferably with enterprise clients
- Proven ability to drive successful product implementations and achieve key outcomes
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex problems clearly to diverse audiences
- Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach in fast-growing organizations
- Experience building and nurturing lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with APIs and their application in advanced customer workflows
- Experience using support or ticketing platforms like Intercom or Zendesk
- Basic coding skills, including HTML and CSS for quick edits
