What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a deep understanding of the employer's platform and articulate its value to customers throughout their lifecycle
- Manage a portfolio of 30-50 Enterprise Customers, ensuring retention and expansion of customer ARR
- Nurture relationships with stakeholders and execute mutually agreed success plans to achieve customer goals
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and monitor customer platform usage for improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with the Onboarding team to ensure successful community launches and product adoption
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-10+ years of relevant work experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Relationship Manager in a B2B SaaS environment
- Exceptional ability to articulate the value of a software product to various stakeholders
- Proven history of partnering with renewal and expansion teams to drive revenue
- Strong skills in developing C-Level relationships and executing success plans at multiple organizational levels
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with a multi-cultural team
- Knowledge of the online community management space
- Experience leveraging AI to improve task efficiency
- Familiarity with tools like Planhat, Zendesk, and Confluence
