      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage strategic customer relationships with enterprise accounts
      - Lead the onboarding process for new accounts and clinicians
      - Proactively identify and address customer needs to drive satisfaction and engagement
      - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver strategic programs for customer growth
      - Communicate value to clients using data to drive expansion and retention opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7+ years of experience in enterprise-level sales and/or customer success in genomics and/or biotechnology
      - Bachelor's degree in relevant concentration preferred
      - Strong experience in field sales or account management
      - Exceptional communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
      - Passion for coaching and mentoring others

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in genomics and/or biotechnology industry
      - Experience managing complex, technical projects
