      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the health and success of customers from go-live through renewal and expansion
      - Proactively engage clients to demonstrate value and identify growth opportunities
      - Utilize data insights to track client health and mitigate churn risk
      - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence product development based on customer feedback
      - Partner with sales teams to ensure renewal and expansion opportunities are efficiently planned and actioned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager at a SaaS company, working with enterprise-size accounts
      - Exceptional multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail
      - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams to achieve goals
      - Strong project management and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
      - BA/BS degree; domain knowledge of retail, e-commerce, or logistics is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous start-up experience
      - Experience working with demanding enterprise-size accounts
      - Familiarity with the retail and e-commerce landscape
