      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive aggressive new business growth by identifying, targeting, and closing new enterprise customers across various industries
      - Own the top of the sales funnel through outbound outreach, social selling, networking, and account-based strategies
      - Quickly qualify opportunities and drive urgency to close new business within compressed sales cycles
      - Engage decision-makers to uncover pain points and align solutions to strategic business outcomes
      - Manage every stage of the sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and signed agreement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in leadership development, HR tech, SaaS, or professional services
      - Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing six-figure+ deals
      - Experience selling to HR, L&D, OD, and C-level executives
      - Strong ability to develop new territories and grow existing accounts
      - Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

      - Experience in consultative selling methodologies
      - Exceptional virtual and in-person presentation skills
      - Strong storytelling and value articulation abilities
      - Proficiency in using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
