      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for customer enterprise platform delivery
      - Oversee data migration, system configuration, user onboarding, and change management
      - Design and implement customer adoption strategies to ensure high user engagement
      - Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deliver robust training programs
      - Act as the primary point of contact for customer project teams, facilitating requirements gathering

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
      - 7-10 years of program or project management experience in enterprise software delivery or SaaS environments
      - Proven expertise in retiring legacy systems and migrating data to modern platforms
      - Extensive experience in change management and customer adoption strategies
      - Strong understanding of data schema mapping and enterprise compliance requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PMP, Agile, or similar change management certification
      - Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project
      - Knowledge of change management frameworks like ADKAR or Kotter
      - Advanced skills in stakeholder relationships and communication planning
      - Proficiency in configuring workflows and permissions in enterprise platforms
