What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and deliver training programs tailored to various utility industry roles
- Develop ERP training materials, including guides and interactive content
- Conduct live and virtual training sessions, ensuring effective delivery
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create and refine training content
- Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials based on user feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Adult Learning and Training, Organizational Development, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience developing training materials and delivering training sessions (Oracle experience strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with instructional design tools such as Articulate and Lectora
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with eLearning content development using authoring tools
- Passion for creating a learning culture within the organization
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design requirements
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Experience conducting organization-wide needs assessments
