      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and assess enterprise-level risks across various business units
      - Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies and controls
      - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management processes
      - Prepare risk assessments and present findings to senior leadership and the board
      - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate risk management into strategic planning

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise risk management, internal audit, or compliance
      - Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and regulatory frameworks
      - Proficiency in risk management software and data analysis tools
      - High school diploma combined with significant industry experience, or currently enrolled in a senior year of a bachelor's degree program
      - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field from an accredited institution
      - Relevant certifications such as CRISC, CRM, CIA, or equivalent
      - Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards
