      Description

      We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead ChargeAfter's growth in the Home Improvement market.

      This role will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business with large enterprise merchants and home services organizations.

      The ideal candidate brings deep experience selling into the Home Improvement ecosystem and understands how large organizations in this space evaluate technology, financing, and customer experience solutions. This person should be comfortable engaging senior executives, building trusted relationships, and leading complex sales cycles with major accounts from the top 500 HI companies, and enterprise level organizations.

      This role will play a critical part in the expansion of ChargeAfter's footprint in Home Improvement and accelerating revenue growth in one of our most strategic verticals.

      Responsibilities

      • Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise Home Improvement opportunities.
      • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and relationship development through negotiation and close.
      • Develop and execute a clear go to market strategy for large merchants and home services enterprises in the Home Improvement space.
      • Build relationships with senior decision makers across business, payments, financing, operations, and technology teams.
      • Clearly communicate ChargeAfter's value proposition as an enterprise embedded financing and orchestration platform.
      • Partner closely with internal teams including Solutions Engineering, Product, Delivery, and Executive Leadership to drive successful deal strategy and customer engagement.
      • Stay highly informed on market dynamics, competitive trends, and financing solutions relevant to Home Improvement merchants.
      • Represent ChargeAfter at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen market presence and generate new opportunities.
      • Help refine messaging, positioning, and sales motions specific to the Home Improvement vertical.


      Requirements

      • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic sales, or business development roles.
      • Proven track record of selling complex technology, financing, payments, or platform solutions into large enterprise merchants.
      • Strong background in the Home Improvement space, ideally through direct experience with large home improvement companies, home services organizations, financing providers, payments companies, or field service management platforms.
      • Experience working with or selling to organizations such as national remodelers, replacement contractors, home services brands, dealer networks, or large multi location operators.
      • Strong executive presence with the ability to gain buy-in from senior stakeholders and lead complex commercial discussions.
      • Demonstrated success navigating long, multi stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
      • Strong understanding of how to position business value across customer acquisition, conversion, financing penetration, and operational efficiency.
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
      • Highly self directed, strategic, and comfortable operating in a fast moving environment.


      Preferred Qualifications

      • Experience from a leading field service management provider, prime bank, lender, fintech, payments platform, or embedded finance company serving the Home Improvement space.
      • Experience selling financing platforms, waterfall solutions, point of sale financing, or related enterprise products.
      • Existing relationships within major Home Improvement merchants, home services platforms, or financing decision makers in the category.
      • Familiarity with the sales, operational, and customer experience dynamics of in home and field driven sales models.
