      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Attract, hire, ramp, and mentor a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives
      - Own the regional business plan, including territory design and account prioritization
      - Run a tight operating cadence, including weekly forecasts and deal inspections
      - Lead pipeline generation strategy with SDR/Marketing and drive executive prospecting
      - Foster a performance-based culture, coaching team members and celebrating wins

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience leading enterprise account executives with a total of 12+ years in B2B SaaS sales
      - Proven track record of team over-attainment in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
      - Deep understanding of SaaS/Cloud go-to-market strategies; knowledge of identity/security is a plus
      - Mastery of MEDDPICC and value selling methodologies
      - Strong cross-functional influence with various teams, including SE, Marketing, and Product

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling to C-level executives, including CEOs, CFOs, and CIOs
      - Familiarity with SFDC and sales forecasting discipline
      - Ability to thrive in a high-growth, evolving environment
