  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead and support local IT infrastructure teams to align with business needs and achieve service delivery goals
  - Serve as the primary liaison with the Business Unit Site Leader for IT support services and local escalations
  - Monitor and analyze site data metrics and KPIs to proactively address current and future issues
  - Act as the site’s technical SME, supporting ticket escalations, training, and onboarding of new technicians
  - Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including self-healing, self-service, and automation solutions
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 3-5 years of experience with a broad end-user services background within infrastructure technologies focused on desktop technologies
  - U.S. citizenship is required for access to financial management systems due to government contractual requirements
  - Strong customer service skills and people leadership experience
  - Experience managing and coordinating across a managed service
  - Knowledge of infrastructure technology skillset beyond desktop, including servers and networks
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Demonstrated experience in a service-focused technical environment
  - ITIL Foundations, A+, MCSE, Net+, PMP, or other technical and professional certifications
  - Experience in supporting office and manufacturing shop floor environments
