- Plan and coordinate entertainment events and programs
- Source and negotiate with performers and entertainment vendors
- Manage entertainment budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with marketing to promote events
- Oversee event logistics and production schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations.
- Evaluate event success and gather audience feedback
- Maintain relationships with talent agencies and industry contacts
- Develop new entertainment concepts and initiatives
- Train and supervise entertainment staff and volunteers
- Bachelor’s degree in entertainment management, event planning, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in entertainment or event management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in event management software and tools
- Knowledge of entertainment industry trends and regulations
- Experience managing budgets and contracts
- Leadership skills and team management experience
