What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
- Assist in the development of business cases and project charters
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user stories
- Assist in the design and implementation of solutions to meet business needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL
